Aluminum zinc steel coil ( Galvalume Steel Coil ), also known as aluminum zinc steel or zinc aluminum steel, is a cold-rolled galvalume steel product. The metal coating of this steel is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and 1.5% silicon, abbreviated as 55% Al Zn. The surface of the aluminum zinc coated steel coil is smooth and flat, with a gorgeous star pattern. The special coating structure endows it with excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, processing performance, and surface conductivity.

Features of Galvalume Steel Coil
Superior processing performance. It has good flexibility and ductility and strong processability.
The surface of galvalume steel coils is smooth and uniform, with good coating performance, which is conducive to subsequent surface treatments like painting and film laminating.
Aluminum zinc coated steel coils have a relatively high thermal reflectivity. When used in applications such as building roofs and exterior walls, they can effectively reduce indoor temperature.
Excellent anti-corrosion performance. Thanks to the dual protection mechanism, the anti-corrosion performance of aluminum zinc coated steel coils is superior to that of ordinary galvanized steel coils, and its service life is several times that of GI coils.
