  • Manufacturing process

Raw material selection: High-quality low-carbon steel (e.g., Q235 steel) is chosen as the primary raw material.
Heating: Steel billets are heated to high temperatures, typically between 1200°C and 1300°C, to ensure material plasticity.
Hot rolling: Heated steel billets are processed through rolling mills to form the desired flat bar shape. During rolling, the steel's grains are rearranged, improving its mechanical properties.
Cooling: Hot-rolled steel is naturally cooled on cooling beds. Cooling rates are controlled to ensure appropriate hardness and toughness.
Cutting and straightening: After cooling, the flat bars are cut to specified lengths and straightened to ensure linearity.
Surface treatment: Depending on customer requirements, A36 hot rolled flat bars may undergo surface treatments such as pickling, oiling, or galvanizing to prevent oxidation and corrosion.
